FOUNDER OF ACER

Multitech, founded by Stan Shih (施振榮), his wife Carolyn Yeh, and a group of five others in 1976, was renamed Acer in 1987. It began with eleven employees and US$25,000 in capital. Initially, it was primarily a distributor of electronic parts and a consultant in the use of microprocessor technologies. The global headquarters is in Hsichih City, Taiwan.

Acer purchased Texas Instruments's mobile PC (laptop) division in 1997.

In 2000, Acer spun off its manufacturing operation (as Wistron Corporation) to focus itself on branding business. In deciding to support the sales of its product lines through specific marketing activities that best utilise distribution channels, Acer grew worldwide while its labour force contracted. In 2002, the pan Acer Group employed 39,000 people supporting dealers and distributors in more than 100 countries.[citation needed] Revenues reached US$12.9 billion that year.[citation needed] By 2005, Acer employed 7,800 people throughout the world while maintaining a global sales and service network. Revenues were US$4.9 billion in 2003[3] and US$11.31 billion in 2006. Acer's North American market share slipped over the past few years while the European market share has gone up.[4]

In Europe, Acer mounted an association with the Ferrari Formula 1 Team and the former F1 teams, Bar-Honda team in 2000 and Prost Grand Prix in 2001. They offer a popular line of premium laptops and LCD monitors with Ferrari branding. It has recently broadened the scope of its relationship with Ferrari by announcing it will sponsor the Formula One team until 2008. Acer has recently introduced the Ferrari line of products to North America, and rolled out a Ferrari-branded line of PDA devices.

Acer ranks as the world's No. 3 branded PC vendor behind the Hewlett Packard Company and Dell Inc, recently claiming the No.3 rank from Lenovo [5] More recently, it has surpassed Dell in worldwide notebook shipments, becoming the world's No. 2 branded notebook vendor. [6]

On August 27, 2007, Acer announced plans to acquire U.S. based rival Gateway Inc. for US$710 million. J.T. Wang, the company's chairman, said in a statement that the acquisition "completes Acer's global footprint, by strengthening our U.S. presence."[7] In January 2008, Acer announced that it had acquired a controlling interest of 75% in the parent company, Packard Bell

founder of samsung

The Samsung Group (Korean: 삼성그룹, Samseong Geurup) is South Korea's largest conglomerate (chaebol) and one of the largest super-multinationals in the world leading several major global industries. It is composed of numerous international businesses, all united under the Samsung brand, including Samsung Electronics, the world's largest electronics company[4], Samsung Heavy Industries, one of the world's biggest shipbuilders and Samsung Engineering & Construction, a major global construction company. These three multinationals form the core of Samsung Group and reflect its name — the meaning of the Korean word Samsung is "tristar" or "three stars". The Samsung brand is the best known Korean brand in the world and in 2005, Samsung overtook Japanese rival Sony as the world's No.1 consumer electronics brand and became part of the Top 20 global brands overall. Samsung Group is also the leader in several other industries domestically, such as the financial, chemical, retail and entertainment industries.

Samsung Group is South Korea's largest company and exporter and the world's second largest conglomerate, only behind the U.S. based General Electric.[5] It has been run by generations of one of the world's wealthiest families, currently helmed by chairman Lee Kun-Hee, the third son of the founder, Lee Byung-Chul. Samsung Group is recognized as the most prestigious firm in South Korea, attracting and owning many of the country's most intelligent and best talented pupils, with 25% of its employees having a PhD degree or equivalent. Samsung Group also owns the Sungkyunkwan University, a major private university in South Korea, with many of its graduates being employed by Samsung Group affiliates. South Korean Samsung employees are also highly loyal to the company, working for very long hours with no weekends or holidays until they retire.

Many major South Korean corporations such as CJ Corporation, Hansol Group, Shinsegae Group and Joong-Ang Ilbo daily newspaper were previously part of the Samsung Group, split apart by the government in order to reduce its power. Many leading companies in South Korea, notably iriver, the No.1 MP3 Player maker in South Korea and Naver, the No.1 Search Engine portal in South Korea, were established by ex-Samsung employees. A large number of South Korean firms, particularly those in the electronics industry, are dependent on Samsung for the supply of vital components or raw materials such as semiconductor chips or LCD panels. Consequently, Samsung is able to artificially moderate prices and has been criticised for handicapping other rivals, leading to bankruptcy of mid to small sized businesses as they cannot compete with Samsung. As a result, many have been taken over by Samsung Group, leading to a complete dominance by Samsung Group in many industries.

Samsung Group accounts for more than 20% of South Korea's total exports, with strong government support, including the ability to access unlimited amount of funds from major banks in South Korea. In many domestic industries, Samsung Group is the sole monopoly dominating a single market, its revenue as large as some countries' total GDP. In 2006, Samsung Group would have been the 34th largest economy in the world if ranked, larger than that of Argentina.[6] The company owns or has taken over so many mid to small sized businesses that it is often called a 'colonial empire' or 'hungry dinosaur'. The company has a powerful influence on the country's economic development, politics, media and culture, being a major driving force behind the Miracle on the Han River. Many Koreans are highly loyal to the Samsung brand, considering it a symbol of national pride and businesses using its international success as a role model, with the company being known as "Another Family" (Korean: 또 하나의 가족) in South Korea.

founder of google

Google is a play on the word googol, which was coined by Milton Sirotta, nephew of American mathematician Edward Kasner, and was popularized in the book, Mathematics and the Imagination by Kasner and James Newman. It refers to the number represented by the numeral 1 followed by 100 zeros. Google's use of the term reflects the company's mission to organize the immense, seemingly infinite amount of information available on the web.

1995 - 1997 - 1998 - 1999 - 2000 - 2001 - 2002 - 2003 - 2004 - 2005 - 2006 - 2007

1995 - 1997
Back before Google? Aye, there's the Rub.

According to Google lore, company founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin were not terribly fond of each other when they first met as Stanford University graduate students in computer science in 1995. Larry was a 24-year-old University of Michigan alumnus on a weekend visit; Sergey, 23, was among a group of students assigned to show him around. They argued about every topic they discussed. Their strong opinions and divergent viewpoints would eventually find common ground in a unique approach to solving one of computing's biggest challenges: retrieving relevant information from a massive set of data.

By January of 1996, Larry and Sergey had begun collaboration on a search engine called BackRub, named for its unique ability to analyze the "back links" pointing to a given website. Larry, who had always enjoyed tinkering with machinery and had gained some notoriety for building a working printer out of Lego™ bricks, took on the task of creating a new kind of server environment that used low-end PCs instead of big expensive machines. Afflicted by the perennial shortage of cash common to graduate students everywhere, the pair took to haunting the department's loading docks in hopes of tracking down newly arrived computers that they could borrow for their network.

A year later, their unique approach to link analysis was earning BackRub a growing reputation among those who had seen it. Buzz about the new search technology began to build as word spread around campus.

Aikawa was born in what is now part of Yamaguchi city, Yamaguchi prefecture. His mother was the niece of Meiji period genrō Inoue Kaoru. He graduated from the engineering department of Tokyo Imperial University in 1903 and went to work for Shibaura Seisakusho, the forerunner of Toshiba. [1]

Although his pay was very low, he managed to save enough to make a trip to the United States, where he studied malleable cast iron technology. After his return to Japan, with the backing of Inoue Kaoru and other ex-Chōshū politicians in the Diet of Japan, he established the Tobata Foundry in Kyūshū in 1909. The company is now known as Hitachi Kinzoku (Hitachi Metals Company Ltd).

In 1928, he became president of the Kuhara Mining Company (present day Nippon Mining & Metals Company) taking over from his brother in law Fusanosuke Kuhara and created a holding company called Nihon Sangyo, or Nissan for short. Kuhara went on to a career in politics, forging ties with future Prime Minister Giichi Tanaka and other political and military leaders, which Aikawa would later use to his advantage.[2]

In the stock market boom following the 1931 Manchurian Incident, Aikawa used the opportunity to buy majority shareholdings in 132 subsidiary companies of Nissan to create a new zaibatsu, the Nissan Konzerne. The companies included Nissan Motors, Isuzu, NEC Corporation, Nippon Mining Holdings Company, Nissan Chemicals, Hitachi, Nichiyu Corporation, Nichirei Corporation, Nissan Marine Insurance, Nissan Mutual Life Insurance and others. The group included some of the most technologucally advanced companies in Japan at the time. [3]

In 1937, at the invitation of his relative Nobusuke Kishi, he moved to Manchukuo and agreed with the Japanese Kwantung Army's vision of a syndicalist economy and centralized industrial development plan for Manchukuo. He also moved the headquarters of Nissan to Manchukuo, whereit became the core of the Manchurian Industrial Development Company, a new Manchukuo zaibatsu, partly owned by Nissan and the Manchukuo government.

In his position as president and chairman Aikawa guided all industrial efforts in Manchukuo, implementing two five-year plans during the 1930s, following some the previous economical and industrial lines envisioned Army ideologist Naoki Hoshino. However, Aikawa differed from Noshino's original conception in that he favored a more monopolistic approach, arguing that the economic state of Manchukuo was still too primitive to permit free marketcapitalism. [4] Aikawa also received bank loans from American steel industrialists to support the Manchukuo economy, which created considerable controversy in the United States with its policy of Non-recognition.

However, while his economic views were in line with Imperial Japanese Army policy, his political views were not. Aikawa was a strong opponent of the Tripartite Alliance, and predicted that the forces of the United Kingdom and France would eventually prevail over Nazi Germany should a general war break out. He supported the Fugu Plan, a project to settle Jewish refugees in Manchukuo. In 1942, at the instigation of the Kwantung Army, Aikawa resigned chairman of the Manchurian Industrial Development Company, and moved back to Japan. [5]

After the surrender of Japan, Aikawa was arrested by the American occupation authorities and incarcerated in Sugamo Prison for 20 months as a Class A war crimes suspect. He was freed before his case came to trial, however, during this time, the Nissan zaibatsu was dissolved.

After his release, Aikawa played a key role in post-war economic reconstruction of Japan, and purchased a commercial bank to organize loans to small companies. He served as president of Teikoku Oil Company and of the Japan Petroleum Exploration Company, and in 1953, was elected to a seat in the House of Councilors of the Diet of Japan. With the help of Nobusuke Kishi, then prime minister, he achieved his goal in implementing economic-control law and policies as leader of the Chuseiren, a pressure group that became the main federation of small and medium sized companies in the 1960s.

Aikawa died of acute gall bladder inflamation in 1967. His grave is at the Tama Cemetery outside Tokyo

FOUNDER OF SONY

Akio Morita (1921-99), along with a few other entrepreneurs, embodied the postwar recovery and growth of Japanese industry. Morita and Sony Corporation, which he cofounded with Masaru Ibuka, challenged conventional notions about Japan's "economic miracle." The energy and inventiveness of small, independent companies like Sony, not keiretsu (industrial conglomerate arrangements) or the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), were the impetus for Japan's postwar economic development; their dependable high technology products changed the image of Japanese exports abroad.

Akio Morita was born January 26, 1921, the first son and fifteenth-generation heir to a sake-brewing family in Kosugaya village near Nagoya. Influenced as a boy by his mother's love of classical music (his family was one of the first to own an RCA Victrola in Japan), Morita developed a keen interest in electronics and sound reproduction. He became so engrossed in his electronic experiments, even building his own ham radio, that he almost flunked out of school; but after concentrating on his studies for a year, he entered the prestigious Eighth Higher School as a physics major.

At Osaka Imperial University he assisted his professor in research for the Imperial Japanese Navy. Rather than be drafted, he signed up with the navy to continue his studies. After his graduation in 1944, Lieutenant Morita supervised a special project group of the Aviation Technology Center on thermal guidance weapons and night-vision gunsights. There he met Masaru Ibuka, an electronics engineer 13 years his senior. The two became close friends and eventually cofounded Sony Corporation. After World War II, Morita became a physics professor while working part time in Ibuka's new telecommunications lab.

In March 1946 Morita and Ibuka established Tokyo Tsushin Kogyo, or Totsuko, with only $500 capital and roughly 20 employees, in a rented office in a burned-out department store in Tokyo.

To find a niche in a market that would be highly competitive when large prewar electronics manufacturers returned, Ibuka decided to produce completely new consumer products. Sony's most significant development was a high frequency transistor radio that not only established the company's reputation but also revolutionized the consumer electronics industry.

The project, however, was launched following a drawn-out approval by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). After Morita reached agreement with Western Electric on the transistor technology in 1953, MITI officials dallied six months before finally remitting the foreign exchange for the licensing fee. Although the relationship between government and industry is one of trust, Morita observed, government often impedes innovative change and developments by excessive intervention and obsolete regulations. By investing six to ten percent of its annual sales in research and development, Sony took the lead in developing new consumer products independently of government help or keiretsu support. A pioneer of products ranging from transistorized radios to solid-state television sets to the Walkman and Discman to VCRs, by 1990 Sony employed more than 100,000 workers and was the world's leading maker of consumer, nonconsumer, industrial, and professional electronics and entertainment software.

Morita was a pioneer in marketing as well. His initial failure to sell tape recorders developed in 1950 convinced him that market creation must accompany product development. On his first trip to Europe in 1953, he was deeply impressed and encouraged by the success of N.V. Philips, which had grown from a small light bulb maker in a rural Dutch town into the world's leading electronics maker.
Morita then decided to target the world market, particularly the affluent U.S. market, rather than the poor and congested Japanese domestic market. Recognizing the importance of establishing company identity in the world market, Morita adopted "Sony" (finding a Western root from the Latin sonus, meaning "sound," and combining it with the English nickname "Sonny"), a name that foreign customers could easily remember, as his company's trademark in 1955. Totsuko became Sony Corporation in 1958.

In the mid 1950s most Japanese producers relied on giant Japanese trading companies to export their goods, but Morita decided to build his own distribution route in which the message of the new technology and its benefits could be directly passed on to the consumer. In 1960 Morita established Sony Corporation of America and Sony Overseas S.A. (Switzerland) as its sales arms. In 1961 Sony became the first Japanese company to offer its stock in the United States in the form of ADRs (American Depositary Receipts). In February 1960, Sony established the Sony Corporation of America; and in less than two years, they became the first Japanese company to offer its stock in the United States.

Sony felt that moving much of its manufacturing and sales to the United States and Europe would only improve its business, something other Japanese companies had yet to discover. Sony subsequently expanded its sales force and production facilities into an international network, with a few hundred subsidiaries and affiliated companies worldwide. Sony acquired CBS Records in 1988 and Columbia Pictures and Tri-Star film studios in 1990 (now Sony Pictures Entertainment) to expand its business in entertainment. Beginning in 1986, in response to changing world market conditions, Sony expanded into the nonconsumer sector, such as broadcasting equipment, semiconductors, video communications, and computers. In 1987, Morita wrote Made In Japan, a historical biography detailing his rise to success that, according to Inc., Stanford graduate school professor Jim Collins recommends to students for best learning from those who have forged the trails.

Morita died of pneumonia at the age of 78.

founder of panasonic

Konosuke Matsushita (松下 幸之助, Matsushita Kōnosuke?, November 27, 1894 – April 27, 1989) was a Japanese industrialist, the founder of Matsushita Electric, better known as the parent firm of electronics brand Panasonic, a company based in the suburb of Kadoma (on the Keihan line), Osaka in Japan. For many Japanese, he is known as "the god of management". A biography of Matsushita's life called Matsushita Leadership was written by American business management specialist John Kotter in 1998

early life

Konosuke Matsushita was born in 1894 in the farming village of Wasa in Wakayama Prefecture, the son of a landlord. Poor investment decisions by his father in rice speculation ruined the family's finances, and Matsushita was sent to Osaka to work at a very young age.

In 1910, at the age of 16, Matsushita was taken on as a wiring assistant at the Osaka Electric Light Company. In 1915, he would marry Mumeno Iue.

Matsushita wanted to market a new light socket he had invented, and so in 1918, at the age of 23, he founded Matsushita Electric Appliance Factory with his first employees being himself, Mumeno, and Mumeno's brother, Toshio Iue. His company almost went bankrupt until a large order came in for electric fan parts. He used the money to expand production and drop prices for his lamp sockets, a strategy that paid off.

Matsushita used the trademark ‘National’ on Matsushita products, and dropped prices to make his lamp a mass-market product. Matsushita also used national newspaper advertising, an unusual form of marketing in Japan in the 1920s.

matsushita and the post-war period

In post-war Japan, the company came under severe restrictions imposed on large Japanese companies by the Allies. Matsushita was in danger of removal as president, but was saved by a favourable petition signed by 15,000 employees.

In 1947, Konosuke lent his brother-in-law Toshio an unutilized manufacturing plant to manufacture bicycle lamps, which eventually became Sanyo Electric.

From 1950 to 1973, Matsushita's company became one of the world’s largest manufacturers of electrical goods, sold under well-known trademarks including Panasonic and Technics. Matsushita retired in 1973. Since 1954, Matsushita also gained a significant shareholding in manufacturer JVC by forming an alliance[1]. It still retains a 50% share today.

In retirement, Matsushita focused on developing and explaining his social and commercial philosophies, and wrote 44 published books. One of his books, entitled “Developing a road to peace and happiness through prosperity”, sold over four million copies.

QUESTION: IF YOU ARE GIVEN RM500 AND A BURGER STALL WITHIN 3 YEARS YOU MUST BE A MILLIONAIRE

If we are given RM500 and a burger stall, our strategies that we will use to be a millionaire within 3 years are open our burger stall in front of supermarket such as Tesco or Giant. We will borrow some of equipment from Farhana’s brother to make burger for reduce our budget. With capital RM250,we will buy ingredients to make burger such as burger bread, meat and chicken meat, mayonnaise, eggs, cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes and chillies sauce, black and white pepper, plastics, tissues and other ingredients.

We will open our burger business from evening until midnight. We estimate that our burger selling in one day is RM50 and within one week our income is RM350.Our next strategy is every 3 months,we will try to open our mini burger stall at expo or small function to promote our burger and at the same time we can add our income for one year.We will also take reception from the outsider for certain ceremonies. This matter can increase our income and also we can add our capital so that we can open our own burger restaurant.

We also open our branch in and out of state and we will pay some employees for handle our burger business branch.Although we had open our own burger restaurant,we still open our burger stall at night market.Meanwhile,we will save some of our money into our account in bank for avoid the misspend going happens in future.Other than that,we will promote our burger business by distribute our burger business pamplet to public. When our income and the demand from public for our burger getting increase,we will also try open our own burger company. Our company will produce cold freeze burger.

When our cold freeze burger demand getting increase in country we will export our burger to the international markets to add our income. From our selling burger, our income for one day is RM50 multiply with seven day for one week is RM350.For our income for one month is RM350 multiply with 30 days is RM10500 meanswhile for one year”s income is RM10500 multiply with 12 month is RM126000.After we plus minus with other cost we can get our clean cost is RM120000 for one years.

By using our strategies that we mention above,we can be a millionaire within 3 years with our income is RM4536000.So to those said who sell burger cannot be a millionaire,we show to them that they are wrong.

if you benn given rm1000 and 1 motorcycle in 3 years you become millionaire.

if we have been given rm1000
and 1 motorcycle to become millionaire in 3 years.we must have strategec, our strategic is 3 of us must work to reduce our money..eskandar worked as motorcycle mechanic at workshop near our house.fitri work as waiter in restaurant also near our house.kila is open our business in front our house, our business is sell a 'nasi lemak'.

we use rm700 from our capital to open our business,we buy an equipment for our stall like table, umbrella and we buy ingredients to make nasi lemak like rice, egg and otherelse.another rm300 we use for our motorcycle like oil and for motorcycle servises.we use our motorcycle to send fitri to work and to go buy the ingredients.everyday kila have sale 50 pack of nasi lemak, price pack of nasi nasi is rm1.few month later, people have demand for our nasi lemak.so we must take 1 employer to help kila to produce more pack of nasi lemak.

our profit in first year together with 2 of us is about rm45000.so we plan to use our money to build our own restaurant and workshop.we have make a pemplet to give costumer for opening our restaurant and workshop.before that,we must buy an equipment for our restaurant and our workshop.beside that,we have been pay 6 employer,3 for workshop and other for restaurant.our stall have been closed ,but kila still make nasi lemak to send to our restaurant.the demand of our nasi lemak is increase,so we buy more equipment for make nasi lemak a pay 3 more employer.

next 1 year, our profit been increase because so many costumer have come to our restaurant and our workshop.that why we modify our restaurant and workshop bocome bigger.also we have been 3 more of our workshop and restaurant.we have build restaurant near our workshop because if the costumer send the motocycle to been repair, the costumer can wait at our restaurant.this is our benefit.

after 8 month, our profit increase from latest profit because our restaurant and workshop most famous and most profitable in our place.in this month we been build an our motorcycle shop that sell a motorcycle and an equipment motorcycle.this can make our profit increase.

until now,our motorcycle have been use for send fitri to work,to buy few ingredients, take an equipment of motorcycle and doing transaction
with bank for our business.every month we keep our money in bank,it will be save in there.every month our profit after first year is rm50000.rm50000 multiply 2 years is about rm1200000.we have been reach our mision to be millionaire in 3 years just using rm1000 and one motorcycle.

DEVELOPING A LEADER'S MIND

The leader's mind can be developed beyond the non-leader's by 4 critical areas: independent thinking,open-mindedness,systems thinking and personal mastery.Independent thinking means questioning assumptions and interpreting data and events according to one's own beliefs not according to pre-established rules defined by others.Mindfulness is the process of continously reevaluating previously learned ways of doing things in the context of evolving information and shifting circumstances.Leaders need to stay mentally alert, keep thinking and keep asking questions. One approach to independent thinking is to try to break out of the mental bones, the categorized thinking patterns we have been conditioned to accept as correct. The power of the conditioning that guides our thinking and behaviour is illustrated by what has been called PIKE SYNDROME.When people assume they have complete knowledge of a situation because of past experiences, they exibit the PIKE SYNDROME.Leaders have to forget many of their conditioned ideas to be open to news ones.Effective leaders strive to keep open minds and cultivate an organizational environment that encouragas curiosty. There are many ways to encourage open-mindedness.Systems thinking is seeing patterns in the organizational whole instead of just the parts and learning to reinforce or change systems patterns.Systems thinking enables leaders to look for patterns of movement over time and focus on the qualities of rhythms, flow, direction, shape and networks of relations that accomplish the work of an organization.Leaders can develop "peripheral vision".An important elements of systems thinking is to discern circles of causality.Maintaining product development time in the face of increasing management complexity depends upon senior engineers' management ability.Besides that, systems thinking is learning to influence the systems with reinforcing feedback as an engine for growth or decline.Pefsonal mastery is the dicipline of personal growth and learning of mastering yourself in a way that facilitates your leadership and achieves desired results.Personal mastery embodies 3 qualities:personal vision, facing, reality and holding creative tension.First, leaders engaged in personal mastery know and clarify what is important.Second, facing reality means a commiment to the truth.Third, often there is large gap between one's vision and the current situation.Effective leaders resolves the tension by letting the vision pull reality towards the vision.Leaders with personal mastery learn to accept both the dreams reality simultaneously and close the gap by moving the organization towards the dream.Independent thinking and open-mindedness improve systems thinking and enable personal mastery helping leaders to shift and expand their mental models.

management by objectives are many organization that help their employees set perfomances objectives in an effort to achieve organization goals. A system in which specific perfomance objectives are jointly determine by subordinates and their superior pogresstoward objectives is periodically reviewed and reward are allocated on the basis of that progress. I as ceo of suzuki company and i want to implement management of objectives to my company. so, the first thing i must do is put target. For example, i want my company get profit about rm10 000 for this year and at least produce 8 new motor every 3 month.
what can I do is,I tell my manager about my planning and tnen ask my manager to divide that job with each other. For example, top manager tell middle manager about that plan.Top manager should tell everything to make middle manager understand what to do.And then, middle manager should be clever to make decision.Such as, divided the task by two person because middle manager are two person usually. It can be make easy that task. When the task are divide by two,so both of middle manager should get RM5000 and 3 new motorcycle per person.
After that, middle ,manager call their each first-line manager and for other name is supervisor. Both middle manager tell to supervisor that the goals for this year is make profit RM5000 and at least produce 4 new motorcycle in 3 month. So after middle manager tell supervisor about that, supervisor as a main role must be do something with workship. For example, the plan can divide by two supervisor,so one supervisor should be get RM2500 and produce two motorcycle in 3 months. The other supervisor also get the same amount.
In company, must have many operatives.Do not think is lower position.Operative also important in company.without operatives, goals of company cannot be done but operatives must have on target so the work can be done efficiently. After the division made,we can get the main goals that are CEO wish RM10000 for this year and produce 8 new motorcycle in 3months.We total all amount started from supervisor and then to the middle manager. We can get the same amount that company wish.In conclusion management by objective give more advantages. So we must follow the concept of MBO and the company can get the unexpected profit.

YOUR COMPANY WANT PRODUCE MORE PRODUCTION. DISCUSS THE STRATEGY THAT YOU CAN IMPLEMENT

My company, Vincci company want to produce more production. So, we have to arrange a strategy to produce more production.
The method that we should use to expand our production of the company is direct expansion such as involves increasing a company size, revenue, operation, or workforce. It can be help to produce more production. It is because when the company bigger or have more worker, so more product can be produce. Then, when company bigger so more machine. When we have enough machine so we can produce more production. For example, chicken company. For produce more chicken we must have facilities to make a chicken died. It is one of the example to produce more production. Beside that, we can open new branch at another place. We also must choose suitable place to build the branch. The place must be have a many people ad customer.
Another method to produce more production is merge. It can be happen when our company do not have enough money of resources. Merge is occurs when two company usually of similar size is combine their resources to form new company. For example Ali stall.Ali open stall at village that have more villagers. Ali cannot fulfill request of customer. Ahmad also open stall and he cannot fulfill the request of customer. So the best method is Ali stall and Ahmad stall combine together to improvement their stall. With that method, they can be easy to work together and fulfill the request of customer. We can use same method to produce more production our company.
Beside that, when we have a big company we can produce more production by acquisition.Acquisition means we take over or buy small company nearly bankrupt. For example, Amly company nearly bankrupt so, we must take chance to buy or take over that company. Through that company we can produce more production. It is because, we can change their name company and also change their production. The other way, we also can get more branch. So, we must have good strategy to make it successful.
In business communication is important for attract customer to use our product and come to our company. Communication such as advertising, do campaign of company product or so on. In do that,we can let people or customer know more about the advantages of our product. We also can get more advantages because many customer use our product. Beside that, we also can get more profit with do that. It is because we can show customer the advantages of our product and also the quality of our product. So, we can produce more production and our company can successful.
I hope my company can produce more production and become the successful company and popular. Beside that, i hope my company get attraction from many customer.

YOUR COMPANY WANT TO PRODUCE MORE PRODUCTION.DISCUSS THE STRATEGICS THAT CAN YOU IMPLIMATE.

As CEO of the Adidas company, we will fulfill all of our customer demand so that each of customer can use our product with satisfied. To make all this come true, we already make a research and investigation that help us find various of method or strategies that help us to improve and expand our company. The first method that we will use we will produce more product which is we called direct expansion. Beside that, we will also expand and spread out the business of that we own so that it can help us to improve and increase the quality and quantity of our which is every of the people in this world should know about our product. In hence, it will help us to create a big position and name of our product in this among the popular business company in this world. Based on what customer needs, we will try to fulfill all of their needs which is we will produce more product based on large quantity and high quality.
To expand a company is not so easy. We have to use some kind of specific strategies so that it will help us to improve our business and thu8s the account of the company will stable. The other strategies that we also use is we will conquer the rating of the high performance and production of our company in worldwide. In hence I’ll also try to decrease the capital that we will use so that we didn’t expand too much cost. This is because in gain a lot of profit, we have to smart in organize our plan so that it wouldn’t be cross far away from the aimed and the basic goals of the company. This is called management by objective that already being use since a century ago.
Beside that, we will spread out and mention to all of consumers that they will get an extraordinary and benefit using our product. All of this plan we will advertise all of the benefit thru the internet and all the media facilities. Depends on the production of the product is not enough to make sure that a company can expand the business among the worldwide, we also have to pay attention on the employees of ours and the structure of the company. If we ignore all the important things that being a big point to a company, thus it can’t help to develop and increase the production possibilities of a company.
